Info Technologies has immigration attorneys on retainer. If you meet the qualifications for us to secure you on a client engagement, we will work to help you obtain H1B status, or sponsor you in obtaining a Green Card.

BENEFITS
Info Technologies provides one of the best insurance and benefits packages in the industry for Full Benefit Employees and Hourly Employees.
Full Benefit Employee
Pay Cycle - Full benefit employees are paid semi-monthly, beginning one pay period from start-date. Info Technologies pays full benefit employees without interruption, regardless of when the client pays. All Info Technologies employees are eligible to participate in the Direct Deposit Program.

Medical Insurance - Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield POS or PPO, with a $20 co-pay and a 3 Tier Prescription Plan - $15 Generic, $35 Preferred Brand Name and $50 Non-Preferred. Eligible the first month following hire date. For a full benefit employee, $250 of the monthly premium is paid by Info Technologies, Inc. The remainder of the premium, as well as any additional costs for dependent family members, are the employee's responsibility.

Dental Insurance - Voluntary program at the employee's expense. The plan has no network; you can go to any dentist. This plan has a $50.00 deductible and covers 100% on preventive maintenance. You will be eligible for enrollment on the 1st of the month following 30 days service.

Life Insurance - GE Insurance Co. Paid company benefit. Benefit is equal to one year's salary with a maximum of $50,000. Eligible for enrollment 1st of the month following 30 days service.

Long-Term Disability - GE Insurance Co. Long Term Disability goes into effect 90 days after your inability to work. Eligible for enrollment 1st of the month following 30 days service.

401K Program - Change dates for deferrals are January 1 and July 1. Maximum contribution is 75% of your salary. After one year of participation, the company matching is 50% with a maximum company contribution of $1000 annually. Eligible for enrollment 1st of the month following 30 days service.

Holidays - We recognize 6 paid holidays annually for full time salaried consultants. Holiday Schedule - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Personal Days - 4 per calendar year earned on the 1st of January, April, July and October. Use or lose basis.

Vacation - 5 days after every six months of continuous service in years 1 to 3 and 7.5 for every six months of continuous service thereafter. At the convenience of the company and our client, you may take your earned vacation anytime during the year.

Sick Days - 1/2 day per month up to 5 per year. Based on anniversary year and are on a use or lose basis. Sick days zero out on your anniversary date.

Tuition Reimbursement - We want you prepared for the job at hand. Eligible after you have been on assignment for 6 months. Each class must be pertinent to your current assignment. Reimbursement will occur after satisfactory completion of the pre-approved course and is paid according to your GPA as follows: (i.e. 4.0 to 3.1 = 100% reimbursement, 3.0 to 2.0 = 75%, <2.0 = 0%), up to $1000 per year.

Salary and Performance Reviews - Salary reviews will be conducted every 12 months from your anniversary date. Performance reviews will be conducted continuously throughout the year for your self-improvement and quality of service to the client. Note that salary or performance reviews do not automatically increase your salary.

Info Technologies welcomes Independent Contractors with valid S or C corporations. Please review our qualification requirements:

  • Completed and signed Contractor Agreement, Purchase Order and Employee Consent
  • Copy of Articles of Incorporation
  • Copy of State Registration with Secretary of State
  • An original Form W-9, completed and returned
  • Copy of most recent 941
  • Proof of Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance, naming Info Technologies as an additional insured
  • Copy of Corporate Seal
  • Employee's prior year W-2 or 1099, whichever one is applicable
Third Party Suppliers
Info Technologies welcomes Third Party Suppliers. Please review our qualification requirements:

Third Party Requirements:

  • An original Form W-9, completed and returned
  • Copy of your most recent 941
